Consulting gives students tangible work experience. Our partners in return receive high quality work and a direct recruiting pipeline.
Consulting placements, after students have undergone a semester of mentorship in either the Startup or Investing teams, will take place during the semester following completion of mentorship.
As part of one's EEG mentorship, consulting work experience is for the learning benefit of the student and is therefore unpaid. Partner firms spend time and energy to continue teaching students in field-related topics. Appropriate documentation may be obtained for international students in the EEG mentorship program.
Knowledge necessary to begin at one of our partner companies will be taught in mentorship prior to placement in consulting. All that we ask for is a desire to learn and a drive to create real impact.
Over our 12-week mentorship program, each team's leads get to know our team members and their skillsets well. Students are then assigned to partner companies with their personal interests, career aspirations and demonstrated skills in mind.
